Just great. That sky goes on forever.
Thank you so much I had the chance to get in the field which allowed me create some depth
You are a Master… with a capital M…
That’s a capital M for Marshall – ha ha
Nice drama. I enjoy the bold lines in the fields.
well I am glad you like it as I spent lots of time looking out for mice in the field.
Big shot, very dramatic. Like it
glad you like the scale almost cropped in a little to bring the right hand bale a little but wanted to retain that scale
incredible lines in this capture!
yes they do drag you in to the photograph don’t they
Hey thank you – sorry not sure what to call you is Yates your surname or first name?
Love it…sorry about the mice!
Very strong B&W image! Well done!
Thanks Phil, flattered that you have had a look around. To be honest I have struggled with this location as the light just never seems to be where I want it – my previous best was http://skm1963.wordpress.com/2012/06/19/duffus-light-spectrum/ but I was very pleased with this result
You should be pleased with this one Scott it truly is quite impressive! But wow that shot with the rainbow is a real stunner!
Stunning, simply stunning!
that is truly appreciated – please check it out in Landscape mode you can fill the screen with detail – currently I adjust the blog to the image of the day – today’s pic is a portrait mode – making Duffus a little compressed.
Wow Scott! You were not wrong! I LOVE this one especially. Very moody. I will be following your blog from right now!

Asolutely stunning! The mix of…power and calmness is wonderful.
Hitting the mark there are many contrasts in this shot I also like the natural leading lines of the crop drawing you to the Castle.
There really are, yes. Makes the perception of the photo almost…multi – dimensional in a way.
